Ritual is known for its pioneering espresso program. We feature two espressos at all times: a seasonal blend, and our Sweet Tooth, or single origin espresso of the month.

Both the seasonal blend and the Sweet Tooth are chosen with the same principles in mind: showcasing the outstanding coffees we source through producer relationships and an uncompromising commitment to seasonality.

Seasonal Espresso

We work day and night to share with you an espresso that is unlike many you've had -- it's freshly harvested. Coffee is a fruit, and for the same reason that you wouldn't want to eat old fruit, you don't want to drink old coffee.

Our Seasonal Espressos are always comprised of coffees harvested within the last twelve months, ensuring that the special qualities that attracted us to them in the first place are still strong and present when you have our espresso.

Seasonal Espresso is a rotating espresso offering using only freshly harvested, seasonal coffees. When we create a new blend, we give it a new name. We loved the Double Rainbow too, but it was fleeting and ephemeral, just like the internet phenomenon. And double rainbows.

Sweet Tooth

As a roaster that is committed to promoting our producers and bringing them out of anonymity, single origin espresso has always been important to us. What's more, the best shots of espresso we've ever had have been single origin -- dynamic, sweet, and complex. They are balanced, and good in milk, to boot.

Sweet Tooth is a rotating single origin on which we've put our stamp of approval as a great shot of espresso.
